1 – Install Win 7.
2 – Disable UAC with the ToolKit.
3 – Reboot PC.
4 – Right-click on the 7Loader and select Run as administrator.
5 – Uninstall 7Loader.
6 – Reboot PC.
7 – Right-click on the 7Loader and select Run as administrator.
8 – Install OEM Information.
9 – Install 7Loader.
10 – Reboot PC.
11 – Activation status.
12 – 7Loader status.

When I installed I just used the Orbit30 ToolKit v1.8

1 – Install Win 7.
2 – Disable UAC with the ToolKit.
3 – Reboot PC.
4 – Hit the Additional tweaks then Activation and OEM settings button.
5 – Reboot PC

1 – Download the Language Pack.
2 – Extract the cab file from the rar file.
3 – Open Control Panel.
4 – Clock, Language, and Region.
5 – Install or uninstall display languages.
6 – Install display languages.
7 – Browse computer or network.
8 – Browse to the cab file and select it.
7 – Next.
8 – I accept the licence terms.
9 – Next.
10 – Reboot PC.
